FindMeLook is an international platform for sharing fashion looks (outfits). Users can upload photos of their outfits, add affiliate links to items, comment, save, share looks of other users, and interact with the community.

3. Registration and Account

  • You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities conducted under your account.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent rules, restrictions, or bans is prohibited.
  • The Platform Administration reserves the right to block or delete an account without prior notice in case of violation of the terms.

4. User Content

By uploading content (photos, texts, links), you confirm that:

  • You own all rights to the uploaded content.
  • The content does not infringe on the copyrights of third parties.
  • The content does not contain pornography, violence, discrimination, or any other prohibited material.
  • You grant FindMeLook a non-exclusive license to display your content on the Platform.

5. Affiliate Links

Users may add affiliate links to uploaded looks. You bear full responsibility for the accuracy of links, their relevance, and compliance with the terms of the respective affiliate programs. FindMeLook acts as a technology platform and does not guarantee commission payments, nor is it responsible for the actions of affiliate networks, brands, or advertisers.

6. Prohibited Actions

  • Uploading content that violates applicable law or international law.
  • Spam, phishing, distribution of malicious software.
  • Attempts of unauthorized access, hacking, or breaching the Platform's security.
  • Use of automated scripts, bots, or other means to collect data without written permission.
  • Creation of fake accounts, false reviews, view count manipulation, likes, or other metrics.

7. Intellectual Property

The name, logo, design, source code, and other elements of the FindMeLook brand are the intellectual property of the Platform. Use of these elements without prior written permission is prohibited.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service and is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

The Administration reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes take effect upon publication of the updated version on this page. By continuing to use the Platform after changes are made, you automatically accept the new terms.
